We ship Low-cost prescriptions, right to your door.
Now you can have your generic prescriptions mailed right to your home, Anywhere in West Virginia. Because we think everyone should be able to obtain low-cost prescriptions, not just those who live close to RxbyTel Pharmacy and Vitamin Center.
Free home delivery of our $9.99 prescriptions.
Prescription Program includes mail delivery of our 90-day supply at commonly prescribed dosages of covered generic drugs at $9.99 and certain other covered drugs. Higher dosages cost more. Not all drugs covered by RxbyTel Pharmacy Retail Prescription Program are available for $9.99.
Delivery of prescription drugs is limited to West Virginia addresses only by First-Class Mail; expedited delivery available for additional charge. Some health plans will not cover RxbyTel Pharmacy Mail Service or 90-day

All shipments are subject to product availability. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday may require additional processing time.
*Standard prescription orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and arrive in 1-3 business days, but may take more time if our pharmacists need to verify the prescription with your health care provider or another pharmacy. The container must be under 13 OZ. Any container weighing more than 13 oz. will be shipped priority or express mail
**Priority and Express prescription orders usually ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 1-3 business days for Priority and 1-2 business days for Express . Your order may take more time if our pharmacists need to verify the prescription with your health care provider or another pharmacy. Regulations may mandate specific shipping methods for specific medications. Please see the Policies and Exceptions section below for more information.

Policies and Exceptions
RxbyTel Pharmacy cannot ship prescription orders to P.O. Boxes or outside of West Virginia.
Some items require special shipping and handling. The most common exceptions are listed below although other policy restrictions may apply.
New Prescriptions: If your health care provider does not call your prescription in to us directly, we will verify orders for new prescriptions before we fill them. Depending on the verification time and the shipping method you select, you can expect to receive your medication in 2-10 business days.
Controlled Substances: Federal and State regulations require that Schedule II controlled substances be shipped Express and with a signature confirmation through the U.S.P.O. An adult signature (18 years or older) is also required for this class of medication.
We do not ship Schedule ll drugs or any singularly ordered controlled drug.
Hazardous or Regulated Items: Some prescription medications, including aerosol inhalers, cannot ship by air because they could interfere with flight safety. These orders must ship ground via Standard Shipping within West Virginia.
Special Prescription Deliveries: If your order contains refrigerated medications, to assure that they ship at the proper temperature our policy is to ship them via Express delivery, packaged with a cold gel pack. We require an adult signature (18 years or older) for delivery of these medications.
Packaging and Privacy: All home-delivery orders will be mailed in packaging that does not indicate the contents in any way. Orders may arrive in more than one box.
